To Star Army Personnel Management:

I am a Star Army Engineer and Officer who has been transferred from my original ship to a new fleet, but I have not received orders from my Taisho or any superior officer in a period exceeding two and a half months, since before my arrival. I have operated autonomously to conduct repairs to the Star Fortresses as a defacto Chief Engineer, but feel I have been effectively abandoned to this post.

I cannot return to my previous post, because I feel that personal and political issues with my original Commanding Officer contributed to this position. Due to this and various other issues, I would like information as to how I can honorably and legally resign from the Star Army.
