Looks good to me. I did some minor tweaks (header level adjustment) for style guide reasons.
 
I made transparent versions of the Reovan and Ishtar files in case you wanted to use them to match wiki style.

Seems okay to me, I would however like to see the article expanded upon down the road. Just so we can possibly see some evolution in their fashion and who knows? Possible influences from the wider Kikyo Sector taking root in some fringe circles.
