Looks good for the most part. Very detailed history, which I like. I know English is not your first language, but spell check.

Also you get two more skills, and you should detail them a bit more.

Other then that the character is looking good.

I am saving those two still for later possible development as the storyline grows ^_-

English actually is my first language. I just finished my 2 of 3 grammar checks. ^^;
 
As the storyline grows, you can simply add more skills. You don't need to keep them open.
 
I corrected some grammar errors in the article. Your additional skills are acceptable.
