Personality: Jakei is somewhat serious about his work, but rather laid back about other things. He doesn't mind the condition of things he uses, as long as they are functional. He treats his creations like his own children, and carries a modified version of the NH-7 Tech Manual. This version was modified to eliminate the pieces about PNUgen superiority and weapons being disposable.

History
Joined Ray along with his father when SS. Kiroshi was in conceptual stage.
Created Tsuki 4 months after SS. Kiroshi was built, when Ray not only needed a technician but also needed a girl aboard.
Skills:
Biology Jakei decided very early in life that he wanted to be a geneticist, but didn't want anything to do with PNUgen, as they thought their creations as nothing more than that. Working for the SS. Kiroshi gave him the job oppurtunity he wanted.
Chemistry Jakei learned much of what he knew in this area from Jake, who taught him the basic chemistry contained within power armor and mechas.
Medical and Science Once he knew that he wanted to be a geneticist, Jakei started to research science and medicine, because he knew no person would accept a geneticist with no knowledge of these things.
Mathematics Jakei received basic math education in algebra and trigonometry, as he knew he'd need a backup job in Star Army if his career as a scientist failed.
