Wait a minute Wes, I really have not had a chance on Thursday and Friday to look at this. I tried briefly to look at it on Saturday. I don't want any nonaquatic ship that goes underwater and does not have an explicit speed.
Code: 
Slow:  15-18 mph (3-4 times the normal speed of human based species)
Medium: 45 mph (the average speed of a non-cognitive fish and the max speed for genetically altered cognitive creatures)
Fast: 70-79 mph (ships with 10 SP or lower, fighters, 20 SP Gunboats, other ships must have FTL, CDD, and STL along with antimatter and other SDR 4-5 weaponry disabled)
