Ah, one quick question, how many planets have enough free hydrogen in the atmosphere for this vehicles engine to operate?

This is supposed to only work on habitable planets like Nepleslia.

So basically the engine sucks up the hydrocarbons in the pollution in the Nepleslian atmosphere, separates the hydrogen to power the craft.
 
Any source will work. It's closer to igniting the atmosphere than using hydrocarbons.
