The Mindy II uses a modular approach, putting to its pilot's disposal a tight array for reliable main weaponry and using several hardpoints over the armor to configure its loadouts for specific missions or to suit for certain pilot preferences (if approved by the officer in charge).

Ke-M2-W2902 Forearm Weapons (2): Each of the Mindy's oversized forearms holds a weapons system that draws aetheric energy from space and projects it out in three modes. The first is an energy blade, powerful enough to ignite flamable objects, cut through blast doors and through most power armors. The second is for firing a stream of rapid firing, piercing pulses (akin to a short-range energy machinegun). The third requires a moment to charge, but fires a more powerful beam which boasts longer range and better shield penetrating capabilities. The forearm weapons cannot function at the same time the forearm barrier shields are activated for each respective arm.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-W2903 NSD Upper Leg Hangers: The PANTHEON Nodal Support Drones (NSD) are hand-sized self-recharging multi-function drone units under the Mindy AI's control. Launched by the Mindy power armor during combat, these units (up to 6) will form up around their host Mindy and correlate targeting data. The NSDs are good for poking around corners and getting alternate points of view. They can also or act as countermeasures and even shoot at the enemy. The NSDs are typically carried in recharging slots on the Mindy's outer thighs.

    Payload: 6 Nodal Support Drones, each drone can support 200 shots without recharge from the Mindy's CFS - contact with CFS restores 100 shots per second. 1 second of operation out of the the Mindy's CFS bubble expends 10 of those shots to power movement.
    Notes: Automatically programmed to attack incoming missiles if no countermeasures are being used (or depleted).

Modular Equipment Hardpoints: The M2 Mindy can be adapted to fulfill many mission profiles. From its resting position in a typical Star Army rapid launch bay, the power armor can be installed with several modules in key hardpoint locations. The components can be installed by hand in the field by someone with proper knowledge in power armor maintenance - the AIES can just as well be eject the any component from the hardpoint it was installed, if needed.
  • Dorsal Hardpoint: Located in the middle of the back, just under the utility compartment (see below). Usually the most energy demanding. See Appendice A for compatible modules.
  • Shoulder Hardpoints (2): Located at the base of the shoulders, just above the shoulderblades area. Usually for secondary weaponry. See Appendice B for compatible modules.
  • Lower Leg hardpoints (paired): Located on the outer side of the lower legs. Usually attaches mini-missiles. See Appendice C for compatible modules.

Hand to Hand Combat: The Mindy M2 Power Armor is as agile as a Nekovalkyrja, far more agile than most humans. Sharing the abilities of the Nekovalkyrja in order to maximize the ease of use, the Mindy has extremely flexible joints and a great deal of physical strength. With the armor's inertia-controlling abilities and SPINE control interface, its mobility of the armor is enormous; movement can be made as erratic and unpredictable as a NH-29 nekovalkyrja can think - Yamataians get respectable reaction speed with their helmet interfaces.

Adding the Sylph wingpack can make ground acrobatics slightly awkward.

Additional Optional Weaponry: The Mindy can use handhelds like the weapons found in Appendice D (whom can be attached on shoulder weapon mounts) or other human scale weapons - Its offensive capabilities can be supplemented by the newer Type 29 variable pod with armor assisting drone functions. It has two slots on the front of its thighs to hold an ammunition or battery clip for any handheld it could carry. An utility compartment built between the Mindy's shoulderblades allows it to store equipment; its inventory typically is:

Armor and Stealth Systems:

Outer Armor (Ke-M2-F2903) is a mixture of Andrium plating, Yarvex (A highly advanced gluon mesh), and an advanced, flexible Titanium-based alloy frame. The armor is most armored on the main body, and the outside section of the limbs (where the Andrium plating is). The Mindy can still function without its limbs, so long as the core and engine is intact, although this would mean loss of limbs for the pilot.

Note that the helmet is removable (and is removed before entering or exiting the armor) but unlike it's predecessors, a NH-29 can projects commands to the Mindy's AIES directly without the helmet.

An optional Zesuaium-coated Titanium Boron Carbide and Zesuaium chainmail mesh set (Ke-M2-F2904) is also available to replace the default F2903 set for officers and ace pilots.

Interior: The Mindy's warm insides are composed of muscular flesh that is soft, slimy, stretchy, and wrinkly. The organic components provide shock absorption as well as augmented strength to the pilot. The flesh includes a sophisticated Hemosynthetics (blood-based femtomachine) system that can repair damage to the Mindy's interior. The interior is shielded from heat and radiation, to protect the pilot from the rigors of space travel and atmospheric reentry. Piloting the Mindy can be done through SPINE (for NH-29 models) or the headset system in the helmet (for Yamataians).
  • Life Support: The fleshy core of the Mindy houses the life support systems, which include the hemosynthetics system, a rebreather system, an oxygen supply, and a nutrient-enriched (sterile) water supply. Nekovalkyrja and Yamataian pilots receive oxygen and nutrients through their hemosynthetic umbilical port; oxygen can also be pushed through the skin. The Mindy can support a pilot for up to 15 days before replenishment is needed, or up to 10 years in stasis. If needed, the Mindy can filter outside air to replenish its supply (not usually done until absolutely necessary, though). The Mindy's interior includes a catheter organ that wriggles its way into the pilot's urethra and bladder, keeping the pilots from having to exit the suit to urinate. The interior flesh also will massage the pilot's body from time to time to encourage blood flow and provide increased comfort.

    Control Systems: Actual operation of the armor is natural to Nekovalkyrja and is fairly simple and easy to learn. In a Mindy, the pilot's nervous system gains an extra circuit through the Somatic-Projection Interlinked Neural Ensemble (SPINE). All signals to the body are routed through the Mindy and control it like as if it were the Nekovalkyrja's body. Signals to and from the body during piloting are sent from the Mindy's nervous systems. Most Mindy power armors are set up to provide strong stimulus from the pilot's pleasure centers when enemy kills are scored.

Active Camouflage: Using the optical tracking system, the Mindy puts the image of what is on one side of the power armor onto the other, creating the effect of invisibility. The Mindy can also use this system to project holograms up to two meters away. The exterior of the Mindy is also equipped with flashing red collision-avoidance light strips, which can be turned on and off at the AIES' or the pilot's discretion.

Forearm Shield Projectors (2): Built into the enlarged forearms of the Mindy, the projectors face the outer side and produce a compact but very powerful protective field (in a biconvex dome-shape). Used in a manner similar to an arm block, the forearm shield can deflect heavy focused attacks (making them relatively effective against most anti-armor weaponry). An armblock with both limbs can cope with slightly more powerful attacks. The forearm shield in itself does not degrade when breached, though damage to the Mindy can compromise its performance (like losing a limb). The forearm shields may not function at the same time the forearm weapons are active and charging.

Conformal PSC Device: The Ke-M2-E2902 PSC (Psionic Signal Controller) is a form of psionic and telepathic protection, capable of nullifying all such activity. The device can selectively allow channels to permit secure telepathic operation and to maintain communication even under psionic attack. The PSC is safe enough to remain active at all times. The field generated by the PSC protects the entire Mindy, and extends only two inches out past the surface of the armor (thus, it will not create an obvious psionic "dead zone").

Self-Destruct: The M2 Mindy can be triggered to self-terminate so that its technology will not fall in enemy hands. This process can be initiated by the pilot (or AIES, if the pilot is dead and involves having the hemosynth fluids inside the fleshy parts of the suit turn hostile to matter and cause significant damage to the armor's internal systems and supports, eventually leading the suit to becoming a mere burned out husk of what it was (with any organic remains dissolved and evaporated).

Alternatively the power armor can be destroyed by deliberately overloading the Ke-G2902 Generator and Capacitor System. The process takes only a few seconds and results in an aether energy explosion powerful enough to totally destroy the armor (and anything within twenty meters).

Armor Integrated Electronics System: The Ke-M2-E2901 system, based on the same concept as the MEGAMI quantum computer, is a network of sensors, communications, and fire control all built around a small centralized computer system. AIES is a subordinate system; it is designed to (but certainly not required to) operate as part of a larger command hierarchy of computers. Above AIES is CIES (for escort ships - frigates, corvettes, and gunboats), EIES (for cruisers, destroyers, and escort carriers), WIES (Warship Integrated Electronics System, for battleships, assault ships, and carriers), MEGAMI, and/or KAMI). Using this system, mother ships receive complete data of the battle.
  • The heart of the integrated electronics suite is a tiny, but advanced, quantum computer, capable of performing super-high-speed data-churning and possessing untold memory. Quantum computers, unlike old computers which could only process 1 and 0, can process an effectively infinite range of digits, making them awesomely powerful. In addition, the system's sub-particle memory system allows for uncanny storage and access speeds. Kessaku Anri and her company, Kessaku Electronics Systems Corporation, designed the system.

    The Armor Integrated Electronics System is part of the PANTHEON (Projected Access Nodal Transuniversal Heuristic Electronic Operations Network) command and control system. The AIES interfaces directly with the pilot's digital mind for seamless data flow and operation of the Mindy power armor.

    Communications: The AIES comes equipped with a multi-channel wide-band array that gives both security and versatility. Among the types of communication supported are radio, laser, subspace, and hyperspace. Communications can be secured using Quantum Encryption technology, which (due to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle) allows the system to detect any monitoring attempts and counter them. Communications Systems of the AIES include:

    • Radio: Full spectrum, dual-modulation; range theoretically unlimited except by interference. Practical range is short, since the waves only travel at light-speed. Frequency-hop and multi-channel capable. In order to use the secure modes of communication, correct variables must be loaded prior to battle. Such codes are changed on a frequent basis.

      Laser: For close-range transmissions, it is more difficult for the enemy to intercept, because they have to be in the area of the beam. Also limited to light-speed. Text only. Range: 200,000 miles (321,869 km).

      Subspace: Allows faster-than-light transmission. A standard means of communication; it's used for video streams. Inside the power armor's helmet, there's a small camera pointed at the pilot's face for this purpose. Not to be confused with hyperspace communications, which the Mindy does not have. The Mindy's CFS bubble is used as the transceiver for these communications.

      Tachyon: The Mindy includes a mid-range tachyon communications system for additional FTL capability. Range: 1,000,000 miles (1,609,345 km).

      External Audio: The Mindy power armor includes an external microphone and a speaker to allow the pilot to communicate more easily with nearby persons.

      Homing Device: Normally inactive, this beacon has an independent backup power supply that can keep it transmitting for up to ten years, even if the main power system is nonfunctional. If main power is available, the beacon will transmit constantly. If not, the beacon will put out a short distress message twice every two hours (five minutes between).
    Sensor Systems of the AIES include:
    • Wide-Band Variable Optical Imaging Array (head): The majority of the sensor systems are located in the head, including a high-resolution variable optical system capable of monitoring a very wide spectrum. By default, the system displays visual and infrared data. There is also a night-vision and ultra-violet mode. The power armor has a gyroscopically-stabilized view of up to 300x magnification. There's a spotlight available on the armor's head which can help at night.

      Optical Tracking System (skin): Much like the NH-29S neko, the Mindy power armor can see through its Active Camouflage sensors, giving it a view of its entire surroundings at all times.

      Tachyon Tracking System: FTL tracking system allows for precise targeting of targets that would normally be impossible to hit due to range and the limitations of standard sensory equipment. Range: 294,000 miles (473,177 km).
    Fire Control: The AIES does not use an independent Fire Control System per se, but operates a sub-system of itself dedicated to fire control operations. AIES compensates for all movement of the armor and of target ships, and can track upwards of 25,000 targets ranging from pebble-sized shrapnel to planets. AIES-FCS is a balanced system, and works for the armor's defense, as well as offense. Weapons under AIES's control automatically: target sensitive areas of enemy ships; identify friendly assets; optimize beam power and range; guide missiles and torpedoes, assign (and reassign, when necessary) targets in real-time; and control ECM, and ECCM functions. AIES-FCS usually controls all indirect weapons systems. The pilot fires, and AIES takes over tracking the target, creating a "fire and forget" system.
Combined Field System: The Mindy M2 uses a combined field system. In effect, the CFS sustains a small "pocket universe" around the suit by nesting electrogravitic and electrostatic fields. The combined field can serve a number of purposes, in this instance propulsion and weaponry (powering the NSBs); for this reason, it is almost always on to some extent.
  • Propulsion: The armor propels itself at speeds many times the speed of light by generating continuum distortions in the CFS and nesting them to create asymmetric peristaltic fields. This allows the armor to travel thousands of times the speed of light. Distortion based systems allow the armor to stop or move nearly instantly because the armor has not "moved" in the traditional sense.

    Shielding: The Ke-M2-P2901 also protects the Mindy from scalar attacks. Note than an active CFS can cause lethal harm to an unshielded organic within 2 meters of the power armor.

APPENDICE A (Dorsal Hardpoint)

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-P2900 Teleportation Unit: The Star Army Research Administration developed a new teleportation unit, primarily in the secret base system known as Scorpio. Given the unstable political times and the wars, SARA deemed secrecy a must and thus the system was successfully kept completely hidden from everyone but the researchers and selected members of Ketsurui. The Mindy's teleportation system has been tested to perfection over the last few years by an impressive number of prototypes in various training missions and real missions such as depositing agents on the YSS Horizon during the assassination of Kai Ashigari, and field-tested as early as YE 27 by Yui's identical daughter, Ketsurui Chiaki. After the devastating Battle of Hoshi no Iori, Taisho Yui, head of SARA, decided to put the teleportation system into action as a part of regular Star Army forces, starting with special forces and test units. It is accurate, but limited in ways that make equipping it to a starship an impossibility for the time being.
  • Range: About 3 AU. Longer jumped could be made with the help of a starship IES and TQP-RDD.
    Maximum Mass: Can safely transport up to about 250kg. Do not exceed, or partial teleportation may occur.
    Damage: In atmospheric environments, causes mild shockwave of heat and sound. More dangerous indoors.
    Charge Cycle: Approximately one full minute to charge, during which the main aether cannon shouldn't be used.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-2904 NSB Launcher: The PANTHEON's Nodal Support Bits (NSB) are finger-sized self-recharging multi-function drone units under the Mindy AI's control. Launched by the Mindy power armor during combat, these bits (up to 12) will form a small cloud around their host Mindy and correlate targeting data. The NSBs are good for poking around corners and getting alternate points of view. They can also or act as countermeasures and even shoot at the enemy. The NSBs are nestled in rounded launcher module in the Mindy's lower back when attached.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-W2905-BPX Gauss Cannon backpack extension: This Andrium-sheathed module holds an extra 60 rounds for the operation of the shoulder-mounted guass cannon. Ammunitions can be accessed from either the left side or the right and the pack allows to simultaneously feed two W2905 cannons if needed (30 shots each).
  • Damage: Only when used with Ke-M2-W2905; Kills occupants of other armors by piercing and explosive force or by kinetic energy (Zesuaium armored units)
    Payload: Provides 60 extra rounds to use with the Gauss Cannon (see Appendice B).

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-P2903 Hyperspace Fold Booster: Anchored on the dorsal and both shoulder hardpoints (which must be equipped with shoulder weapon mounts and be unoccupied) of the Mindy, the fold booster provides the option of interstellar travel to the pilot. The Booster module, when used, leaves an obvious subspace trail which makes it a poor choice for stealth missions.
  • Speed (Hyperspace Fold): 1 light year per minute.
    Range: Maximum fold distance crossed in a single jump is 10 light years.
    Charge Cycle: The unit requires one minute to warm up and an additional 30 seconds for each light year the hyperspace jump will require. The unit has a 15 minute cooldown before it can be safely used again.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-P2904 Barrier Shield Module: The Barrier Shield module was first developped at the Secret Scorpio Reseach Base as an add-on to provide the Mindy's CFS system the same shielding function as shuttles and starships have. The unit functions by using the electrogravitic and electrostatic fields formed by the CFS to protect from both solid and beam weaponry by curving the space around the armor, allowing the attacks to be deflected without harm to the Mindy. First tested by the YSS Sakura in the PNUgen raid in YE 29, the barrier shield proved itself as being extremely effective, allowing two Mindy armors to survive a skirmish with a squad of M1 Lamias.
  • Barrier Shielding: Can blunt and deflect attacks. The barrier can absorb and cope with a very heavy amount of punishment. It takes five seconds for the barrier shield function to activate or deactivate.
    Power Usage: Using the CFS system to provide the Mindy with such powerful, all around protection drains a lot of power, slowing the recharge of the forearm projector by half while it is active.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-G2902 Nodal Fabrication Module: Similar to the fabrication rooms in Star Army ships, this modules contains a host of femtomachines whom can, once commanded, emerge from the dorsal pack and manipulate matter as the sub-molecular level to form solid items such as clothing, simple utility items and such. The pack contains enough raw material inside to produce two-cubic feet of volume objects (cummulatively), but the femtomachines can harvest raw matter from their environment (1 minute per cubic feet from a solid) to then convert the material into another object. The femtomachines work poorly in a vaccuum environment and are best kept within 2 meters of the module.

Sylph Wingpack: Including the Ke-M4-P2902 Combined Field System and four Ke-M4-W2903 Assault Drones, the wingpack is compatible with the Mindy and provides it with increased faster-than-light and sublight movement as long as the drones remain attached to the pack as well as provide with an all-around barrier shield.

    Secondary Propulsion: The Sylph Wingpack increases the Mindy's FTL speed performance to 150% and pushes its STL speed to 0.9c as long as the Assault Drone gravimetric engines are not seperated from the wingpack.
    Barrier Shielding: The CFS can blunt and deflect attacks. Aside from rendering scalar attacks ineffective, the barrier can absorb and cope with a substancial amount of punishment.

APPENDICE B (Shoulder Hardpoints)

Shoulder Weapon Mount: A mount can be installed over the shoulder hardpoint enabling a pilot to hang a rifle-like weapon on the armor's back (See Appendice D for possible handheld to store on the racks). The shoulder weapon mounts are required to attach either the hyperspace fold booster or the Sylph Wingpack (See Appendice A).

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-W2905 Shoulder-Fired 50mm Gauss Cannon: This weapon (derived from the Kylie's M3-W2708) is approximately 4 feet long and is attached to a small, movable arm over the shoulder hardpoint. It can pivot up, down, and side-to-side as well as 45 degrees rearward, allowing it to fire hands-free at any target to the front or above from a standing position, or to be used as a shoulder-fired sniper weapons from a prone position. When not in use, the railgun compacts itself and lowers down into position over the 'shoulderblade' area of the power armor. Up to two gauss cannons may be attached, on eaither shoulder hardpoints.
  • Primary Purpose: Anti-Armor via kinetic energy damage
    Secondary Purpose: Indirect Fire
    Damage: Kills occupants of other armors by piercing and explosive force or by kinetic energy (Zesuaium armored units)
    Range: 30,000m (18.6 miles)
    Rate of Fire: Single fire or three-round burst. 6 rounds a second.
    Payload: 18 rounds in a helical magazine. Optional backpack extension increases capacity to 78 rounds (see Appendice A).

Ketsurui Fleet Yard Ke-M2-2906 Missile Pod: Located on the back of the shoulder hardpoint, this pod snap open to reveal a launcher array. Missiles use subspace flux effects to penetrate shield systems. When not in use, the missiles are protected by the pod's launcher covers. Up to two pods may be equipped at the same time, each occupying a shoulder hardpoint.
  • Warhead: Ke-M2-W2906-MSAP Multi-purpose Shield and Armor Piercing (MSAP) Available as ARM, SARM, RS, or Guided.
    Purpose: The MSAP Mini-Missile is designed to take out small hard and soft targets at close range.
    Damage: One missile is capable of destroying an enemy drone, gun turret, or small enemy mecha.
    Range: 50 miles
    Rate of Fire: Volleys of 5, 10, 20 each. Volleys can be combined.
    Payload: 20 Mini-Missiles each (maximum of 40 for two pods).

APPENDICE C (Lower Leg Hardpoints)

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-2907 Countermeasure Augmentation Pods: Located on the Mindy's outer legs, the two conformal pods contain launchers for wormhole-killing mini-missiles, as well as a countermeasure system. When not in use, the missiles are protected by the pods' launcher covers.
  • Warhead: Ke-M2-W2907-SDMM Subspace Detonating Mini-Missiles
    Purpose: Creates holes in shield systems, disables FTL flight, collapses wormholes.
    Damage: No direct damage.
    Range: 50 miles (80.47 km)

    Payload: 10 Mini-Missiles each for a total of 20.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M4-W2901 Mk.I "Light Armor Service Rifle": The LASR's purpose is rather simple: to give soldiers a weapon that does not have the overkill of the M2-W2901 Aether Beam Rifle, yet retains some armor-killing punch. While the weapon is extremely effective against infantry and light armored vehicles, it is considered fairly ineffective against targets bigger than mecha; energy shielding or external kinetic dampeners can dull its damage.
  • Purpose: Anti-personnel, anti-armor
    Damage: Medium
    Range: Up to 4,000 meters (max 13,000 m in atmosphere)
    Rate of Fire: Semi-auto, 3 round burst, or full auto at 900 rounds/min
    Payload: 100 round magazine (or 200 round large magazine). Rounds may be ball (common), hollow-point (less common), armor piercing (less common), tracers, or dummy rounds for training.
Ke-M4-W2901 LASR-SLAG (Standard Light-Armor Grenade launcher): The Light Armor Service Rifle is a powerful all-around weapon, but it is ineffective against heavily armored targets or multiple lightly armored targets. The SLAG adds the punch necessary to produce an effective response to those scenarios. The launcher fits above the rifle barrel by removing the front portion of the accessory rail and wrapping around it from below. The magazine is at a steep diagonal angle, to give it the lowest profile possible.

Purpose: Anti-personnel, anti-armor
Damage: Medium-heavy
Range: Up to 800 meters (max 1,500 m in atmosphere)
Rate of Fire: Semi-automatic.
Payload: Three grenades for normal magazines. Six-rounders are available. Common round types are incendiary, shrapnel and airburst.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-2901 Aether Beam Rifle: The successor to the 2701, this rifle uses a spatial distortion to release condensed potentials from the aether in a coherent phased beam. Because of the subspace effects of beam, it naturally pierces distortion-based shields. The weapon's range can be reduced to proportionally increase power and output duration, giving the rifle the ability to also function as a sword. The rifle has a long, thin sword-like shape with a pistol grip and a bullpup-style butt housing the battery magazine.
  • Purpose: Anti-starship surgical Attacks, Hull cutting tool.
    Damage: Total annihilation in a 3-inch-wide beam.
    Range: Up to 294,000 miles (473,177 km). 7 feet (2.13m) for sword.
    Rate of Fire (Beam): Three three-second blasts every 15 seconds. Sword can be constantly sustained.
    Rate of Fire (Rapid Pulse): 9 Pulses per second (Automatic). Note: Effective on targets such as fighters.
    Payload: Effectively unlimited when properly attached to the Mindy power armor (whom can connect the power cable to the side of each forearm - it will, however, have a hard time charging its forearm weapons while power is fed to the W2901). Free-floating 2901 rifles rely on a battery magazine (BU-M20) which holds enough power for twenty three-second shots, one full minute seconds of cumulative activity in sword mode or the same time in rapid pulse mode.

    Secondary Weapon: Phased Pulse Rifle
    An integrated rifle equivalent to the Type 28 Nekovalkyrja Service Pistol.

    Range: 300+ meters
    Firing Modes: Single/Auto, Heavy/Auto Stun/Heavy Stun
    Capacity: Effectively unlimited.
    Purpose: Anti-personnel
    Damage: Lethal or stun, medium damage against most vehicles.

Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-W2909 Accelerated Plasma Rifle: The Ke-W2909 rifle unleashes a blast of plasma energy. A continuum-distortion-based accelerator allows the plasma to exit the weapon at transluminal velocities. It fires at a rate of 1 shot per second, though this can be pushed to 2 shots per seconds at the risk of wearing out the accelerator and drastically disminishing the range of the weapon.
  • Purpose: Anti-Mecha
    Damage: Moderate to Heavy. Plasma is moderately effective against shields and will at the very least ablate enemy armor if not melt it. Damage to unshielded and unarmored targets is extreme.
    Range: 2.5 kilometers in atmosphere. 2,500 kilometers in space.
    Rate of Fire (Beam): 1 shot/sec sustained. 2 shots/sec maximum (can damage weapon).
    Payload: Effectively unlimited when properly attached to the Power Armor. At any given time, the suit produces enough plasma for 50 blasts. Once all plasma is used, it can take up to a full minute to build back up. Does not recharge when not attached to the power armor.

    Ketsurui Fleet Yards Ke-M2-W2909-RGL Optional 50mm Rapid Grenade Launcher
    Damage: Varies. Usually incendiary.
    Range: 500 meters
    Rate of Fire: 3 shots per second
    Warhead: Usually Incendiary Rounds. 10-meter splatter radius.
    Payload: 12-round drum magazine.

I'm glad you both like - it took really a long time to make.

Wes, did I trip anywhere when I did the Mindy II? I mean, making adaptations means its mostly good, but you're probably going to tweak a few things. I'm not surprised by that; but I'd like to know where I could have done better for future reference.
 
Very nice, excellent upgrade package, but some small questions.

What is the caliber of the gauss cannon, are the newer parts compatible with older armors, and are old parts compatible with the new armor?
 
The Gauss Cannon's caliber? Wouldn't that be 50mm? I'm not sure what caliber means (the Gauss cannon was Wes' doing from a very early Mindy 2 html sheet that he gave me when I asked to take over that project).

The only component which remains from the Mindy 1F on the Mindy 2A is the flesh insert. Aside from that (and not counting the aether beam rifle), none of the pieces should be backward compatible for the moment. The Mindy 2A armor had some rather drastic changes made to its inner workings, sensor suite, propulsion and even its endo-skeleton to support the hardpoints... so, no. No compatibility between the Mindy 1 and the Mindy 2.

Bear in mind the Mindy 2 isn't a Mindy 1G. It's not another version but rather a rethought design. Not a little upgrade, but rather a complete refit.
