Is it still active? If so, who runs it?

Are you referring to Kakutama Heavy Industries? If so, I think that was created by @Soresu. I don't think it's still active, since the it was based in the UOC, and the UOC was largely destroyed by the NMX.

Soresu is still around the forums as of the start of this month, but unfortunately he recently had trouble paying his rent and he said that he might become homeless. I haven't heard any updates from him since then.

It is my understanding that - thanks to the generosity of fellow SARPers - @Soresu managed to be secure until the beginning of Febuary. What happens then is up in the air.

KHI was something that I ran in the old days of the UOC, yes.

I was looking at the Wraith stealth suits for the IPG and wondered if I should talk to KHI or UMC

The UMC would be the people to speak to about those. I however never finished them.

UMC big-wig here, standing in for the original UMC big-wig, which was, well, Soresu! Since I've got the reigns on the matter, let me see here...

KHI, nobody touches them, nobody gets hurt. They're a 'No touch' topic, since there is nothing that they are directly linked to at this time, it would be best to leave them untouched until Soresu is able to make a triumphant return to his corporation's helm.

As for the wraith suit. That is an unfinished piece, and due to such, it is unavailable. Technologies involved would also be held by the United Manufacturing Cooperative. IPG could possibly speak with one of the United Manufacturing Cooperative's member organizations, which would be the Lorath Matriarchy. Perhaps the Lorath may share the technology, but, at this time there is no technology exchange treaty in place, and the Matriarchy would likely want some 'phat lewts' for such things. That, or they would want NAM assistance in perfecting the Wraith, and making a new shared stealth-suit which both the IPG and LSDF can use.

That is, assuming that the Matriarchy does not just ask Lazarus to do it.

This was what I had intended to propose to whoever was in charge of the corporation/project.
