Some weird combination of hyper, yet very, very laid back. It makes most people think he has a weird version of Bi-Polar, but in fact he's just lazy, but loves his job to a point.
Likes: Guns, Babes, and beer. Jokes are good, but he sucks at telling them
Dislikes: Pirates, transvesties, and lite beers

History
New to the Army, Ichiro came because he was bored with civilian guns. He is a big enthusiast, and knows his responsibilites when handling firing weapons. Not much to say, as he starts as soon as he gets his first orders. He considers himself a dog of the military, only going along for the weaponry, even accepting the leash put on.
Skills
Fighting: Ichiro is well versed in ranged combat, especially with guns. He was a top sharp shooter in his Basic team, earning him the nickname Hawkeye. He also has the mandetory classes in Power Armors under his belt.
Starship Opperations: Though he is good in most fields, he excells in Small Craft. If need be, he can perform a good number of other things, excluding most medical.
Physical: Ichiro spent a good time training his body to lift heavy things, so he could be the heavy gunner in any group. This way, he also runs quickly when not loaded down.
Vehcials: Excelling in manuverablility, he is able to take almost (key word) any land or sea craft and make it do things some people can't.
Survival and military: Thanks to Basic Training, he knows most the ground rules about various tactics and survival abilities.
Knowledge: He is THE man to go to on Guns, Gun stats, Gun lore, or anything else. Kind of a savant in that way.
Culinary: He is very good at making rice, noodle, and beef dishes, but nothing much else.
