Approved Submission Kuirenasova Cluster

If you use filteror instead of filter, you can include all the places in the sector and characters in places in the sector will appear on the character list. You could add the current location as a column so that their specific location would be listed with them.
 
Awesome ideas I tried to fiddle a bit with it, but got an error?

Apparently Neshtaen characters are not on struct though.
