To Hotaru and Himitsu Production Bays
By the order of Motoyoshi-Taisho-sama, 200 of the stockpiled Kyoto will be rigged with VRMs and set to overload by remote detonation or by IES election. There will also be 100 outfitted as decoys. All will be VRM configured.
Also, I want a limited number of PANTHEON's Eye units loaded, to be covertly released to paint a picture of the battlefield for our forces immediately before we engage.
