That said, as usual, please explain exactly what it is you're doing with this technology. Especially how hardlight is being used in it.

Telelock is basically a telescopic barrel, like those antennae on your radio?

While usually made from quasicrystals (which absorb the impact and heat) and picojelly stone-thread (which extend and retract to vary the barrel), some variations are made almost entirely from hardlight - and are considered disposable "printable" guns that have simple moving parts but fire real ammunition. They have very limited lives.
