Waiting on the molecular applicator that's stuck in submission rot.

Basically, its a weak non-combat mook designed to be picked off thats made for construction and mining tasks. I'd heard a few people wanted one and carrying one or two on a starship to conduct repairs can't be a bad idea.

Need clarification

Sublight: .1.7c in a vacuum < what is the speed? .1 or .7

Hyperspace Fold: 0.10 LY/m < why does a construction armor need hyperspace travel?

Also both of these are somewhat problematic as I do not see any sensor systems listed.
