6'2" and only a buck 78? Little stringy for a badass.

Truly, there is nothing earth-shattering about this character except how funny he sounds. I might read this plot just to see this character. He sounds like a complete dork. As always, David, a solid creation.

However, Tom needs to see this too, so I'll hang on to my approval.

This character is approved for IC usage, with an exception. Moderator Tom must also approve of the character.
