Approved Character Leutre Veressis

Looks great. The only thing I kind of disagree with is the "He has an advantage over most soldiers due to the fact his experience goes far beyond simple textbook attacks" line. That's because most soldiers are Nekovalkyrja martial artists these days.
 
Oops. Enhanced strength and martial arts are usually enough to take down a bar brawler in most cases, obviously. Fixed.

I hope I haven't missed anything else.
