Fixed a few problems, including slashes that I didn't notice when I looked at your profile earlier. Also added links to important areas, such as the navy, plot-ship, rank, and species.

ONly thing that needs to be fixed is the finances. It's supposed to be Rh, not Rin :)

Otherwise, this char is fine for the Neshaten.
