Build and Skin Color: Yue is delicate, almost fragile, in appearance, with a diminutive and lithe build that is accented notably by skin the color of glazed china. She looks almost like a doll, a plaything for a small child.
Facial Features and Eye Color: Yue posesses a fiercely elfin visage, with softly defined angles and high cheekbones. Perfectly bowed lips rarely part beneath precisely placed eyes of deep yellow, framed by hair and well-preened eyelashes.
Hair color and Style: Her hair falls just past her shoulders (though her bangs are cut somewhat shorter), and is black. Yue generally ties her hair back in simple styles that keep it from her face, though this will vary according to mood and situation.

Psychological Characteristics
Personality: Yue is timid, and at the same time entirely reckless. She rarely stands up for herself, hates personal conflict, and backs down to nearly everyone. Unless she is angered, when the descriptor "reckless" suddenly makes sense. She has then little care who she offends with her views and who is angered by her own anger. Fortunately for her, she is slow to anger, because once more, she hates personal conflict. Regardless of anger, she is always fiercely honest when she speaks, and expects the same from everyone around her.

History
Little can be said of Yue's past. She was manufactured in YE 25, served briefly on a number of noncombat ships, attended command school, and returned unassigned to Yamatai like so many other Neko. Indeed, nothing of particular note has occured. She has done far less than most Neko of her age, and feels no shame nor pride over it.
She sometimes feels she does not deserve the rank she has been granted, though acknowledges that she knows, ultimately, very little about the motivation for the decisions of her superiors.
Skills:
Communication: Yue is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Yue is fluent in English and Japanese. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. She is also capable of telepathic communication, though she prefers not to use it.
Fighting: Yue received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor.
Technology Operation: Yue is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.
Mathematics: Yue received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.
