That, or the old Raken territory, as so far as I know the Raiken aren't a thing anymore

Nine squares for one planet seems like quite a bit. You can request irregular shapes or just less territory ...

Why not request some of the UX systems that the Heartbreaker adventured through near the KMS? They're just outside of Yamataian territory and have empty terrestrial planets.

That is true, but I'm just thinking for the future as well. I feel nine squares for what the Vekimen may become is enough. As I said though, given last I check Raiken aren't a thing, I wouldnt be bothered too much having that. Or I'll take four grid squares at the top and add the other five at a later date.
