[LSDF] Raptor-Class Expeditionary Scout

You know, this is a pretty good submission - and that's coming from someone whom doesn't care much for Lorath stuff.

I only skimmed through and won't debate the actual specs of the ship, but I'm on the opinion that the only thing missing to make it one of SARP's higher quality submissions are floorplans.

I figured that'd be your beef with this one. I thought it was kinda fast too.
 
Edited starship size to 1.5x larger, after some contemplation I figured that it was actually somewhat small for the number of crew and the systems aboard.
 
With the speed reduced to the standards, and no other complaints. This Submission Is Approved for IC Usage
