1. Situation:
Hostilities have broken out between OCG and Matriarchy forces on Lor. Further, there are reports of serious civilian unrest due to the actions taken by the Matriarchy against the civilian population.
2. Executions:
a. Concept of operations: All fleet vessels are to set readiness condition 2 and report operational status immediately to command. If events continue to escalate, the LSDF has received orders to intervene in protection of the civilian population. All vessels standby for FRAGO for further orders.
