Approved Submission M3 AWS Modification & 11.5x43mm "Thumper" Rounds

This is a previously approved rifle for the DIoN that I am rechambering to a larger round.

The changes include changes to fluff and modifications to the effective range, recoil, report, DR, and capacity because of the new ammunition, listed below.

EDIT: Based on feedback, I have decided to change it to a PDR4 rating. This is based on the fact that it produces similar muzzle energies to a common "sniper rifle" round in 308 Win; it just doesn't have the velocity to carry the round as far.

I'll take this one under review.

Though the DR of the ammunition is changing, the rifle effectively is not -- only taking on a new ammunition type. Therefore, the rifle need not be resubmitted for review, but if the rifle's text has not been updated to reflect this new ammunition, it should be before I approve it.
