If you were supposed to get an email from the forum but didn't (e.g. to verify your account for registration), email Wes at [email protected] or talk to me on Discord for help. Sometimes the server hits our limit of emails we can send per hour.
It was done with a program called D20Pro, which I've used a few times in the past for running D&D 3.5 games. It's tailored specifically for the d20 system, but there are a number of other virtual tabletop programs out there that are much more flexible, many of which have free versions with reduced functionality. For SARP, however, since we don't use a rigid rule system, almost any of them would be suited just fine for the task of tracking character and NPC locations.
Unfortunately, the players can't update it themselves unless I set up a direct connection with them and leave it open all the time.
