MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

Pursuant to Uniform Memorandum YE 46.8, the the Uniforms section of the Yukika's Standard Operating Procedures has been amended to include the pullover described therein as

...a Nepleslian-style blue pullover as an optional class B uniform top ... with the following specifications: The pullover should:

1. Be regal blue in color or a shade of natural indigo closely matching that
2. have a turtleneck collar
3. have jet black or very dark gray leather shoulders (or similar material that is not easily ignited)
4. be used with regal blue cargo pants and boots or Star Army Cadet Blue cargo pants and boots
5. be affixed with the Star Army Insignia Set Type 41 on the right upper arm
6. have rank pins worn on this uniform over the heart
7. have fleet patches worn on the left upper arm
8. have unit or ship patches worn on the right upper shoulder as prescribed by the unit's commander
9. pockets are authorized as long as they do not detract from the top's shape or appearance
10. It is authorized to wear body armor and vests over this uniform

Also this memorandum clarifies that the sweater mentioned in Uniform Memorandum YE 44.5 is also considered as an Authorized Accessory, as described in that memorandum and Item 1 of the Uniforms section of the Yukika's Standard Operating Procedures:

a Star Army Regal Blue pullover sweater ... worn with the duty uniforms, with a turtleneck or V-neck collar, solid color, and free of any designs other than the Star Army Hinomaru insignia.
