It's a single shot grenade launcher. As with all of the custom-made weaponry the designer/manufacturer makes this isn't a mass produced weapon. It is only available on request, and may very well be plot-specific only. Requests for it out of plot will have to be considered by me as my character is the only one who makes them. So in otherwords they'd be fairly rare.
The higher-tiered rounds are cost prohibitive and with the recoil you're going to get from this you're only going to be firing one at a time so there won't be any multi-shot varieties.
The grenade launcher fires low-velocity grenades with the 'White' being the only one with a marginal increase for penetrative power. I also have to thank Brokuten (Kokuten) for the art.
