Katsuko hovered over the holo-table on the Fleet bridge, a small readout screen opened just above it with a pending communication her eyes drifted up to at Freya's chime. "Ah, about time ..." The image of Koyanagi Mayumi-Chujo filled the screen as it expanded infront of the Taisho. " I apologize, Motoyoshi-Taisho. I was overseeing the arrival of the shipment from Yamatai. Something I can do for you ma'am?"

Katsuko nodded giving a slight smile "We are heading out, its the Dainslef's watch now. How are things proceeding with the ships I ordered from NovaCorp?"

Mayumi said with a slight disdain, "They are taking their sweet time, but now they are waiting for the payment and coordinates for delivery. I will be sending the invoice to command this evening for final approval."

Kazuhiko frowned. Her new orders did not entirely please her. But she realized their necessity. She was at least in a more lucrative position than the Taii had been in, the useless wench. But she was giving up the command of her beloved Munin. It was inevitable, she guessed, but still a bit sad. I serve at the whim of the Taisho, so I shall serve with pride. She entered the fleet command deck with a quiet but cold air about her. She paid no mind to the Shosa to her right, nor the guards at the door. She chose to wait for the Taisho to notice her, instead looking over some of the deployment tables.

Mayumi said, "Don't worry Kat." She switched to a personal tone. "Akina no Iori and the Planetary Defense Group will hold Taiie; we won't let you down." Katsuko nodded slightly, saying, "Somehow even the best encouragement is not comforting ..." She paused, the AI alerting her that the order had been given for the Command group to get underway ... She turned from the communication to the Neko at the fleet communication's station.

"Tell the Command Group we are getting underway....ensure the YSS Rena stays within its escort pattern." She turned back to the screen, catching Kazuhiko out of the corner of her eye. "I have to go Mayumi ... You have your orders."

Mayumi nodded. "Happy hunting Katsuko ..."

Katsuko turned then her eyes coming to rest directly within the gaze of Kazuhiko.

Kazuhiko noticed the Taisho and bowed. "Motoyoshi-Taisho," she said simply. She still had her black Type 27 at her hip.

Katsuko gave a stiff nod. "Shosho ..." Kazuhiko's orders flicked up at her beckon upon one of the holoscreens over the table. Katsuko said, "I would welcome you, yet I can tell by your request that you are hesitant to take this post. Am I misguided in that assumption?" Katsuko coldly looked upon Kazuhiko, picking up her tea cup from the tableand bringing it to her lips in a short conservative sip.

"No," Kazuhiko said. "I am hesitant, but prepared to serve the Empire as I am called to do."

Katsuko nodded. "Honestly, I don't much like removing one of my best commander's from the command of one of this fleet's battleships." She paused. "Yet in that lies the purpose in such." She put down the cup and approached Kazuhiko stopping a few steps away. "Kazuhiko, you have proven your capabilities to me, to the Empire again and again. You have an ability to strategize, lead soldiers and execute operations. I need that kind of talent, it would be unfair for me to restrict that talent to only the Munin. But ensure that the entire fleet benefits from it. Not that I needed to clarify it for you, but I felt the need in good faith considering your subtle yet respectful distain for the assignment."

Kazuhiko bowed deeply. "I will not fail you, nor the Empire, Taisho. My dissent about this assignment comes from my desire to see the crew of the Munin achieve greatness, which they shall under Shosa Yomitomo."

Katsuko said, "Indeed, may we all achieve it. Anyway we can get down to the business at hand a little later. But first I should check in on the Main Bridge." she headed towards the lift, motioning for Kazuhiko to join her. "Anything you need transfered from the Munin? Logistical movement between ships may become more difficult if we encounter the Mishuu." The lift door held open awaiting Kazuhiko.

Kazuhiko stepped into the lift with Katsuko. "No, Taisho. I have what I need." Which is little, without Deus to help.

The lift door shut "I am hoping they work out the personality of Freya shortly, I am of course watching the proceedure closely. I have updated your clearances and arranged your quarters close to mine. I let the Taisa have the suite, I am in no need of such spaces." The truth was intensely closely, she had been reviewing almost every code change, and input into the computer since she had arrived onboard. The lift stopped but the doors didn't open as she had requested they not until after Kazuhiko responded.

Kazuhiko nodded. "Hai, Taisho. I also have little use for large spaces."
