This is science officer Sergeant Kato Tanaka requesting access to the files and transfer of the prototype weapon he had in his possession. (The EMP-P1A and munitions) This request is to have this weapon along with his notes transferred to the Mikomi from there present location so that the research may continue even after the death of the creator. This is so that this weapon may have a chance to be implemented into our Armed Forces.
