Approved Character Mizumoto Reiko

Hiroshiko's first born daughter for the YSS Wakaba. Incorporates an idea of how some of the Reds tried to make infomorphs/AIs (totally didn't get inspired by a gun girls game) and an event ongoing in the past of the YSS Wakaba.

Personality is based on what I could find for Seven of Nine.
