After discussion with one of the GMs of the Hinomaru Sunrises II, I am seeking to adopt this character. He is near and dear to my character Yuki Inihara, I would like to take care of him. I would do so in keeping with the established goals and talks that Hollander and I have had about his character's direction. If at any time Hollander would like him back, I would be happy to return him to his creator.
 
As the user's account has been deactivated, I have no way to check with them. Therefore, under the assumption they're not coming back and if they do you're willing to return the character on request, the adoption request is approved.
