Approved Character My first character.

I'd like Ira's input on this as I'm not really familiar with the Gartagens.

I helped do the wiki-links and formatting because he is new to the whole star-wiki thing, I also answered some of the questions he had.

It looks fine to me. I am actually quite fond of the little history that is written

Detailsssss..

Hair, - How long
Many facial and ear piercings. Many facial and body tattoos. ? How many what are they, art is nice, but they need to be specified.

The psych section needs some work, given the lifestyle she had being an orphan and "being a homeless street wretch has its limitations." Nothing in her personality information reflects this. Even if it is things such as she is very frugal, or tends to keep a person stash of food items because she swore that she would never go hungry again. With such a good story for the background let's see some of the influence on her. She shouldn't be Pollyanna from that background.

As for Possessions... its so spare as to be unusable. According to this her sole possessions are two weapons, a suit of armor and a piece of equipment. She has no clothing, no personal affects etc.

Okay. I think we have a failure to communicate. So let me make this as clear as possible. I was encouraged to recruit people off the site, in an effort to bring new players to the forum.

One of my players submitted a character and followed instructions set up, and then gets threatened to be "axed" for not signing in?

I want to make one thing perfectly clear. Many of the people who I am bringing into the forum are my personal friends, and I do not appreciate nor will I tolerate them being handled like this.

Hey, hey, no offense meant, Ira. It's normal for a character mod to come in and check on a profile, and when the player hasn't signed in in more than two weeks, and the profile's got no updated activity from either player or faction manager, I usually give it a week before chopping it.

The player's here, so the clock's restarted.

Ira, it probably was not explained to you when you were green'd, so I apologize for that — the faction manager needs to post an approval to a character before a character mod gives it a once-over and finishes the approval process.

So you know, 8R4D, signing in is a big way for us to check player activity. When I didn't see you sign in, I thought you might have bailed. We've had players who have left at all stages of the RP, from creating an account to the climax of a plot, so it wasn't unusual for me to set the ax countdown when I saw you hadn't signed in.
