In recent years citizens of the Neshaten capital of Netoshen noticed a sudden increase in construction vehicles moving in and out of a tunnel that is presently off-limits to the citizenry. Watchdog groups have been attempting to find out what is going on but so far the only thing they've been able to figure out is that these vehicles are carrying large pieces of equipment, among other things.
