Nekos are manufactured by Ketsurui Zaibatsu

You show her construction in YE 34, but the NH-29M was replaced with the NH-33M in YE 33.

You will also find other details for the NH-33M that are important, like its abilities etc that are lacking in the NH-29M
 
I was misinformed about the replacement time, sorry. As for the ketsurui part, I'm not sure where I got "heavy arms" from. All of the above have been fixed.
