The first of two new-age PA's for Nepleslia.

It is intended for these two to replaced the four-fold ELEMENT line, actually taking our active armor count down to roughly 3-4 instead of 5-7.

For one, the main weapon is actually a type of long-range guided rocket launcher, not a rifle.

For two, wowza, you are correct sir. It seemed I confused meters and kilometers again...a common mistake for me, recognizable by anyone who's actually brainstormed these things with me.

I changed the km to m, and lowered the range a little for reasons of hindsight and other reasons.
