NAM Binoculars

Just a few small items,

How many images can it store? Can it only do stills or can it record video?

What is the maximum range of the laser range finder?

If NAM has any laser guided weaponry, could the binoculars be used to paint the target?

Once these questions are addressed, its good to go.
 
Added memory storage space and maximum range of laser rangefinder.

It is tempting to add the target designator to this, but I kinda wanted to have just a basic set of optics so I am leaving that out. This will not be able to designate targets.
