Life Events NaNoWriMo 2012: Star Army support group

I know some of us are hopping on this year and I thought I'd make a thread about it. For those of you that don't know, National Novel Writing Month takes place from today, Nov. 1, to the end of the month. In that time, you are expected to put out a 50,000 word short novel without worrying about editing or style. Just words and getting ideas out.

Anyway, with that primer out of the way, what're we all workin' on? I expect a lot of sci-fi, of course. Any Star Army stories?

Star Army stories? What, like fanfic?

I guess you could call it that. Or rather just a 50,000 word SP written by one person, lol.

... I always remember this too far in then I would like.

I would've devoted my time to doing NaNoWriMo if it weren't for the fact that I have University Exams.

But, I did start writing something a couple of weeks back, and I probably wouldn't have learned how to write something like it without getting my training wheels on SARP first:
