Approved Character [NDC] Zvraciek Svreziek

There's still some things I need to work out; namely making an article for the Hellhammer and a damage rating for the knives. However for now, I'd like to know if the general character is workable. If that's so then I can get started on that soon though I'll probably need some help for this techy stuff.
