Nepelisian regs, vis-à-vis striking a superior officer

Before we had Koenigs proposal, though, I always kind of figured that if you DID strike a superior officer, you had better have had a very, very good reason to avoid a delicious court-martial.
 
I should've been the one to ask this, heheh...

Oh well, I was just gonna play it by ear anyway. This doesn't change my plans at all XD
