Considering I have RP'd her in one or two scenes before in regards to Jiyuuian affairs, and recent meta plot discussions with Nepleslia FM's @Gunhand4171 and @Ametheliana, I'd like to make a formal request now to adopt the 3rd Assault Fleet Grand Admiral.

Sigma said on his user page that none of his characters, including NPCs, are adoptable. However, with respect to the following:

1. He ragequit
2. He is not the original creator of the character
3. High ranking NPCs belong to the faction more than any one player

I hereby approve this adoption anyway, subject to Gunhand's approval.

Seeing as the original reasons I adopted the character were not able to be fulfilled, and new opportunities present themselves for the Yugumo metaplot, I hereby relinquish control of Motoyoshi Saito to GM @Andrew going forward.
