Approved Adoption [Nepleslia, 3rd Assault Fleet] Grand Admiral Motoyoshi Saito

Sigma said on his user page that none of his characters, including NPCs, are adoptable. However, with respect to the following:
  1. He ragequit
  2. He is not the original creator of the character
  3. High ranking NPCs belong to the faction more than any one player
I hereby approve this adoption anyway, subject to Gunhand's approval.
 
Seeing as the original reasons I adopted the character were not able to be fulfilled, and new opportunities present themselves for the Yugumo metaplot, I hereby relinquish control of Motoyoshi Saito to GM @Andrew going forward.

If @Andrew needs her for his motoyoshi stuff we can discharge her honorably in the Central corps thread we have or whatever andrew needs if he wants some RP backing to her transferring or moving on.
 
Do keep me in the loop with the former Geand Admiral of the 3rd. I have a few IC ideas. If you don't put her on the bubble gum list @Andrew
