The necessary changes have been made. With a lot of help from Kai, this toolkit is again ready for approval.

The articles lack the required formatting. Specifically, headers aren't properly used and there's no overview after the title header.

I cleaned up the article. I hopefully figured out how the general format is supposed to work.

If you're curious Viral, basically the main header needs to have something there. A brief summary of what the item is, along with its manufacturing date (when it was made available)
