Status: This submission is approved for IC usage.
Though this submission bases itself off another, previously approved submission, the technology used is not OP, controversial or outside the range of Nepleslia's vast expertise. The use of Project THOUGHT technology also is not unreasonable, as it has been in the setting for years now and has been widely available to any civilian who will pay for it.
Even though the submission is a little lighter than I'd like, the Dual-stage Aether Drive it is based on isn't much longer.
