This came about after a discussion between Kokuten and myself about the need for a named Nep officer academy. You can thank him for the awesome ship idea, I just put it to paper ( or rather, a series of electrons, but eh) and then procrastinated for a month or two.
I can't help but feel the page is lacking in some way, but whatever it is if I haven't thought of it by now I probably never will. Anyway, certain details have deliberately been left out to leave room for an enterprising GM of the future who may feel like doing a plot based on it.
