So the university get backdated. But who did they supposedly compete against.

Aendri's KSU and regional colleges. The lack of university articles does not mean there aren't other universities. If that were the case, Nash, it would mean that Nepleslia is the only faction with tertiary institutions.

As for Nepleslia being the only empire with Tertiary Schools, you are mistaken. Yamatai has a number of colleges, two civilians ones currently are the SSS Academy and Kyousou Institute of Technology.

And Aendri's KU is not approved. So at present there is no other college in Nepleslia but since KU is going to be back dated that means the NSU and KU can compete against each other. No problem. I was unaware of the existence of KU so that's why I asked who they competed with.

Actually, KU has been approved. Aendri just hasn't gone back to edit his page. Here's the approval page.
