Nepleslia's 2nd fleet

Do you realize your marines alone are nearly twice the population of every person living in the United States (309,166,000) ? I suggest replacing the personnel numbers with something more reasonable. Star Army has come a long way from the old "launch 3 million power armors!" days and I don't want to go back.

Edit: On second thought, I'm moving this back to the NTSE.
