Staff: I'm looking for reliable people who can help me handle the following OOC tasks.
-Approving/denying new Nepleslian character bios.
-Assisting new players in getting oriented with Nepleslia and working with GMs to assign characters to plots.
-Cleaning and organizing the Nepleslian wiki.
-Approving cultural additions to the Nepleslian wiki.
-Arbitrating player and GM conflicts.
-Motivating and counciling players.
-Assisting with Nepleslian tech submissions (when necessary).
-Assisting with recruitment (when necessary).
Requirements:
-Must be mature, dependable and able to work within a team enviornment.
-Must have a vested interest in Nepleslia's well-being.
-Must be able to arbitrate disagreements from a neutral perspective.
As a staff member, I am entrusting you with a large amount of responsibility and the power to perform your duties. Staff members provide guidance for everyone and also motivate players to RP and contribute in any way they can. They are not GMs and aren't expected to run plots. Staffers work behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly and that the GMs and player base have all the tools necessary to make great roleplay.
I aim to hire about 4-6 staff to divide into teams. All timezones are encouraged to apply. If interested, please contact me via PM to be considered for a position. Please include your timezone and what aspects of staffing you'd be most interested in performing.
Game Masters: I'm always looking for GMs to help craft great stories. Any idea is fair game with me and I'll try to work with you to make it happen. If interested, please send a PM to me detailing the story arch as well as any other details you have (# of players, age requirements, etc).
-GMing is very time intensive, as plots may take months to years to run their course. Therefore, it is expected that potential GMs be willing to invest the time necessary to see their plot to its conclusion or, at the very least find suitable replacements to keep their plot running.

NOW HIRING NEPLESLIAN SENATORS:
The Nepleslian senate is having a huge shakeup, and we're hitting the reset button. There are 14 potential openings for senators so nearly anyone in the Nepleslian player base can have one. Non-Nepleslian players interested in RPing senators are also welcome to join.
Senators have the power to draft, propose and vote on laws that will directly affect the way the DIoN develops. The military, political and social climate are all fair game. Come and shape a nation with me.
