this comms network isn't just meant to be a set piece for the comms forum I have plenty of RP plans to weave this into but with Divsion 5 being the kind of organisation it is it also makes sense (to me) they would want to have their own internal comms separate from the rest of the faction

i plan to add to the history as events unfold

i know its a little short, its partially been inspired by my recent learning about networking for work, let me know if there's anything anyone thinks needs adding, all suggestions welcome
