I thought I'd put this up on the wiki a few months back and likewise had it up for approval, but found it no where to be seen so I'll put it up (back up?)

Anywho, this is a limited personal defense device for soldiers, citizens, and law enforcement.

1. Can you swap out the power cell for a fresh one?

2. What's the DR of the shield?

3. Are there no differences between civilian/police/military beyond color?
 
Ok added those details. Since the shield is short-lived currently, I think its DR rating is justified. Otherwise, power cell can be swaped and there is no difference beyond colur (yet)
 
That is one tough-as-shit shield. An ADR3 handheld energy shield ...

I think it cuts it close to being OP, but the time duration is enough to mitigate it.
