Approved Character new character for Neshaten Navy

After talking with Nashoba, there are a few problems with this character that need to be ironed out. My apologies, I didn't notice the problems originally.
1. Your character seems to either be bipolar or have multiple personality disorder, the issue is that the military frowns upon allowing these types into service due to the potential problems it can create.
2. Your background could use a little bit more work to be honest, there are some problems with it.
3. The volunteer military is just that, its volunteer. A citizen can't be forced to join the military, and a child who is old enough to serve can't be forced into it by their parents - as it is the decision of the child, not the parents.
4. It is stated that he hated being forced to excel in school, this presents a bit of a problem given that in the military you are expected to demonstrate your all, that includes in things like what you are told to do, wear and even pushed to be better.
5. How did Or'ion select him? What made him stand out to Or'ion. (this is even more important given he's a Laibe)
6. 'Hating every minute of it', within a military based organization that denotes that the person can potentially be disobedient or even a rebellion. I'm not saying it should be removed, but you may want to refine that a bit.
