Okay I'm new here,I just want to post a question,is the link in the CCG for the ID-SOL supposed to not work,the "I would like to play an ID-SOL" character link? Please reply...
 
ID-sols are much bigger and even more macho however. They are also usually extremely well trained and ruthless. If they work for the government that is.

Now, to answer your post:

That's because ID-SOL character shouldn't be played by new players. They are mostly used by more experienced roleplayers (forum rank Santô Juni or higher) or simply by game masters as non-player characters.

Some nepleslians have some ID-SOL genes in them from a great-grandfather or something. Maybe you could go for that angle.
