After some consideration of the NMX strategy, I came to the conclusion that they were missing a mid-size combatant that could be deployed in fleet operations along side escorts and capital ships as well as take part in independent operations in squadrons or patrol fleets.
So, after many frustrating attempts with DOGA, I present to you: The NMX Cruiser
I realize this is a break from Wes' designs in some ways. No battlepods, the addition of missile turrets, and a very simplistic design. Well, please bear in mind that it's my first time with DOGA.
IC, the lack of battlepods was to allow for storage of expendable munitions and the simpler design was so that it could be rushed into mass production to take part in combat operations ASAP.
