Approved Character [NSS Sledge Mama] Ran Rui Reapproval

I am finally ready to actively roleplay again. For this, I would like to submit Ran Rui for reapproval for CadetNewb's plot. I had him killed off several years ago due to real life obligations that made RP seem an impossibility on this site, but things have calmed down and I am confident that I can bring back this character.
